To develop these abilities, the fastest, deepest and (probably) most effective way is by understanding our brains. Decision making, creativity, critical thinking, motivation, emotions, mindset – how does it work in the brain? At Otti NeuroLearning Institute, we translate brain science research into developing human skills for the highest level of agility. This is what I’m most passionate about.

This trend is a huge divergence from the current form of education, where we are taught to specialise in one area as a professional.
